New! Juniper Berry & Lemon Lip Balm

$9.95

Introducing Slow Goods Juniper Berry & Lemon Lip Balm!

Infused with the refreshing essence of our farm-grown juniper berries (juniperus virginiana), myer lemons, and a supporting cast of other herbs, this unique balm provides deep hydration for your lips while possibly reminding you of a favorite gin cocktail. (No, it doesn’t contain any alcohol at all!)

To heal your dry winter-worn lips, we combined moisturizing jojoba, almond, and castor oils with gorgeous raw shea butter from Fair Tale Women’s Collective in Ghana. Local honey brings a trace of sweetness.

As farmers who face the elements every day, we understand the need for long-lasting lip protection that truly heals and prevents chapped lips. If this balm can withstand our morning chores, we're confident it can keep your lips happy too.

ETHICALLY&
SUSTAINABLY GROWN

Our commitment to ethical and sustainable practices is evident in every aspect of our Slow Goods Lip Balm. We start by cultivating hardy herbs in our organically tended, no-till gardens. These resilient plants require minimal care and resources, making them sustainable crops that contribute to a healthier planet.

HAND HARVESTED
& PROCESSED

Each stalk and leaf is carefully hand-harvested, ensuring that only the freshest and highest quality ingredients make their way into our lip balm. We process in micro batches, guaranteeing that you receive a product that is as fresh as can be.

FARMING FORWARD BY
THINKING BACKWARDS

At Slow Farm, we believe in farming forward by thinking backwards. Rather than relying on soil to support our farming, we use farming as a means to restore and regenerate our soil. Our innovative approach involves identifying and addressing environmental challenges through the integration of livestock and plant crops. This slow and sustainable method has allowed us to plant over 400 native herb, fruit, and nut plants on our 47-acre farm, promoting biodiversity and creating a resilient ecosystem.

HEALTH & ALLERGY
WARNINGS

For allergy concerns, please note that Slow Goods are produced in a facility that also handles various nut products. If you have never tried goldenrod, we recommend conducting a patch test before applying it widely. Additionally, if you have allergies to other members of the mint family, this product may not be suitable for you.

Please be advised that these plants have not been approved by the FDA for medical purposes.

Pregnant women should always consult their doctors before trying any new herbal products.
